Joe Kotoch is an award-winning real estate agent known for his expertise in negotiating, analyzing values, and maximizing profits/returns for his clients. 

Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Joe moved to Chicago to attend DePaul University, where he began his undergraduate studies. After working in private equity and attending law school, Joe embarked on a career in sports as a sports agent, representing professional basketball players in the NBA and around the world.

In 2013, Joe decided to pursue his passion for real estate and began his real estate career in Chicago. Since then, he has become one of the top agents in the city and has represented clients in record-breaking sales all over the Chicagoland area. Whether it's helping a client buy their first home, move into their next home, downsize, househack, flip, or grow their investment portfolio, Joe approaches each deal with meticulous attention to detail to ensure his clients have a successful outcome.

Joe lives in Bucktown with his wife, Katie, and their two children, Addie and Luke, as well as their Portuguese Water Dogs. When he's not working, Joe enjoys playing and coaching basketball, golfing, and spending time with his family. He also supports local causes that he cares about, including Imerman Angels and Catholic Charities.
